Guavamaid is fully insured, licensed and bonded. Every employee of Guavamaid proudly represents the core values we are known for. All employees are background checked.
What is included in a regular or deep clean?
Regular clean involves exterior surfaces in rooms, bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, and living areas. Floors are vacuumed and mopped. Deep clean involves regular clean plus inside and out of appliance cleans, as well as carpet and rug cleans
Are you available for unscheduled cleans?
Guavamaid will do their very best with unscheduled cleans that may arise.
Are you available on weekends?
We are available on weekends.

What is your policy on cancellations and refunds?
Guavamaid is a professional cleaning service and we hold our performance to nothing but the best. Full refund to the payment on file 48 hours prior to a cleaning is preferred.
